Vizolution and HSBC are delighted to share that we have been shortlisted in the ‘Best Change or Transformation’ category at the upcoming UK Business Awards 2019.
We have been nominated for our work in transforming HSBC’s Receivables Finance process by simplifying the journey and eliminating the need for lengthy postal deliveries and unnecessary touch points. The project has been successful across all KPIs, including a 300% increase to conversion rates, an average of 80-day reduction in the customer journey, and a complete overhaul to CSAT scores, jumping from 58% dissatisfaction to 95% satisfaction.
Now in its fourth year, the UK Business Awards 2019 rewards SMEs and large organisations that demonstrate exceptional business performance and showcase their inspiring business innovations.
While this is the first time Vizolution and HSBC has received a joint nomination for an award, Vizolution has won many accolades with other clients, including the best ‘Financial Services’ award at last year’s UK Business Awards, which we picked up with RBS.
