I am focused and dedicated results driven change and innovation management professional with proven success in strategic planning, business process and organizational change, program development, project and technology delivery management. I am always ready to roll up my sleeves and contribute to the organization's strategic plans to improve Customer Experience (CX), enhance Employee Experience (EX), drive Operational Excellence (OPEX) and lead Continues Improvement (CI). I have spent majority of my career driving business process changes with Process Automation, managing FinTech solution implementations, designing BI and Data Mining products, architecting Knowledge and Content Management systems. I enjoy planning and leading organizational change by developing innovative programs to prepare organizations for the Future of Work with upskilling initiatives and empowering business teams with Citizen Development. I believe that having well defined, understood and accepted program Vision, Goals, Objectives, Governance, Operating Model, Resource Plan, Management Approach, and effective Communications Strategy are critical to the success of any program. I consider hands-on program and project management experience as one of the most important assets for any change management professional. I have planned and executed many successful business critical complex cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects using Agile, Agile-Waterfall Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies. I have built and led collaborative cross-functional results oriented teams with and without authority. I have led complex strategic decisions, resolution of conflicting priorities and critical project problems. I regularly contributed to the organization's program and project management process development and improvements through standard and template development, introduction of automated project management tools, mentoring and coaching. I also strongly believe that my diverse experience leading technology solution deliveries was instrumental in me becoming a highly effective change management professional. I have extensive hands-on experience leading SDLC and hyper-agile SDLC (citizen development) initiatives, developing IT Delivery Standards and Best Practices, managing IT Compliance and Operations including of High Availability (HA) architecture solutions (hosted/cloud/on-premise), planning Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities. I lead by example in every aspect of my professional and personal life.
