Vizolution, in partnership with RBS, are excited to announce that we took home the best ‘Digital Transformation Innovation’ award at last night’s Customer Contact Innovation Awards!
The award was in recognition of our collaborative work in creating the UK’s first ever completely paperless end-to-end mortgage application process and follows on from our recent win, also in partnership with RBS, at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards.
Utilising Vizolution’s transformative vScreen and vDoc technology, RBS’s DigiDocs platform, which is used by customers to complete their paperless mortgage processes, has been successful across all targets.
Significant KPI improvements were achieved, including over £1.5bn of lending facilitated every month; 79 NPS for Q1 2018; an average saving of 11 days per customer journey, with 5% of mortgage offers received within 24 hours; and a 100% decrease in paper, resulting in over 7 million pieces of paper saved per year.

The Customer Contact Innovation Awards were held at the Customer Strategy & Planning 2019 conference in Warwick; a 2-day event that attracted over 600 attendees from the field of customer experience and digital transformation in the customer contact centre.
