Get A Glimpse Into Regulatory Challenges and Opportunities in a Digitizing Banking World

The coronavirus has permanently changed consumers’ expectations for their banks. Partial digital measures, broken digital journeys, and physical paperwork have no place in today’s new remote reality. Even once the pandemic passes, consumers want digital banking to stay. A recent survey shows that 79% want more all-digital processes, and 47% want drive-through and touchless banking. A mere 26% are interested in returning to the bank branch, even with safety measures added. Banks also stand to gain tremendously by moving to fully digital processes, both in terms of agent efficiency and reduced operating costs. Yet just as consumers and banks are embracing digital more than ever, financial regulators have doubled down in recent years on AML and KYC policies that involve new documentation and reporting requirements. Even more challenging, these regulations are frequently changing or being revised, making it hard for banks to keep paperwork to a minimum. The right digital tools and solutions have the potential to help banks stay compliant while staying committed to a digital transformation, but of course, this needs to be executed properly. Dan Smith will be bringing his unique perspective as a regulatory executive to the live Q&A session, where he will shed light on some of these burning challenges and opportunities in consumer banking.

The most helpful thing about Lightico is the fast turnaround time, The upside is that you are giving your customer an easy way to respond quickly and efficiently. "Great Service and Product"

I love the fact that I can send or request documents from a customer and it is easy to get the documents back in a secured site via text message. Our company switched from Docusign to Lightico, as Lightico is easier and more convenient than Docusign, as the customer can choose between receiving a text message or an email.
