Vizolution has, for the second year running, received an award nomination at the FStech Awards.
We, in partnership with BNP Paribas, have been shortlisted in the 'Best Use of IT in Retail Banking and Insurance' category for our work in transforming BNP Paribas’ Life Insurance Telephone Journey.
Using our vScreen technology, BNPP transformed its standard service-to-sale call centre call into a visual, interactive and more interesting experience.
The project has been successful across all KPIs, including a conversion rate increase from 50 to 67%; a compliance rate increase from 66% to 100%; 50% reduction in churn, and impressive Asat (93%) and Csat scores (92%).
Dominque Thibaut, Director of French Market at BNP Paribas Personal Finance said: “Deploying Vizolution’s vScreen is an important step in BNPP Personal Finance’s full digital relationship strategy. Indeed, our ambition is to move from a ‘telephone-and-paper’-based company to a full digital value proposition offered to our clients today. The vScreen solution covers our needs, especially for insurance products, because it doesn’t need to be integrated into our own complex IT systems.
“It combines sales support with e-signature functionality and is also a paperless journey, which complements what we want to do in the future. We consider it a big success and are already working on further roll out with other journeys.”
Last year, we, alongside RBS, were shortlisted in the ‘Best Use of Technology in Customer Service’ category.
Now in its 20th year, the FStech Awards recognise excellence and innovation in the field of information technology within the UK and EMEA financial services sector.
In 2014, Vizolution won the Highly Commended award for Best Use of Technology in Customer Service for our work with Santander.
