Vizolution, in partnership with HSBC, has received a nomination at the prestigious UK Customer Satisfaction Awards.
We have been shortlisted, for the third year running, in the Customer Satisfaction Innovation of the Year award. In 2018, we, alongside O2, won the award for our work in transforming its upgrades and retentions journey. This year we won the same category, alongside RBS, for our work in transforming the bank's paperless mortgage process.
For the 2020 awards, we have been nominated for our work in transforming HSBC’s Receivables Finance process by simplifying the journey and eliminating the need for lengthy postal deliveries and unnecessary touch points. The project has been successful across all KPIs, including a 300% increase to conversion rates, an average of 80-day reduction in the customer journey, and a complete overhaul to CSAT scores, jumping from 58% dissatisfaction to 95% satisfaction.
Organised by the Institute of Customer Service, a leading source of consumer insights in the UK, the awards showcase organisations who have excelled within the field of customer service.
Now in its 10th year, the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards celebrates UK customer service achievements across the public, private and voluntary sectors. Run by The Institute of Customer Service, the awards have been created to showcase those organisations who genuinely place customers at the heart of their business strategy and build a sustainable culture of customer service within their organisation.
