Ivan Owide

Ivan is a strong team player at executive levels with significant experience leading large and complex operations, contact centres, digital channels, niche businesses as well as digital transformation programs. As digital channel owner for some of Australia's most iconic retail financial services brands, (including AAMI, Suncorp, GIO and Apia), I have become an advocate for digital ways of working including customer experience design, integrated data solutions, test and learn cultures, in-house content production and rapid change agile work teams. I have had great success in leveraging these digital capabilities and methodologies into traditional channels to create outstanding and engaging omni channel solutions across the entire value chain of customer journeys and interactions. Whilst I have a strong background in Finance, Product, Pricing, Risk and P&L ownership positions, my true passion is building great teams and coaching and mentoring across all levels, resulting in a reputation for talent development, and for building outstanding and valued environments for people and customers alike.
