I have always been curious and inquisitive. When I was young, they called me “Mr. Questions” and to this day, I ask questions…lots of questions. My natural curiosity is how I engage in understanding issues and how I begin to connect the dots to develop solutions. I am a ferocious problem solver and have a track record of developing great solutions that I’m proud of. I dig deep. I work on setting strategy and connecting strategy to clearly defined and executable solutions. I work on projects that require a mix of skills and insight—data analysis, rules engines, workflow/process optimization, resource models. I work from strategic intent, down to technical requirements and how they impact the business. I work on improving the customer experience, setting and achieving growth targets, training and engaging staff, and penetrating new markets. Curiosity is not just part of my job, it’s part of my core. I find helping friends, acquaintances, colleagues, business partners and many others meet their objectives satisfying and rewarding. I love working with smart, honest and sincere people. If we can work together, I look forward to having a great time while also striving to exceed our goals.
