Anthony Capizzano

Anthony is an action-oriented executive with extensive experience spanning the finance, auto, and tech industries, and has served in the capacity of CEO, COO, EVP, and other key leadership positions for both Fortune 100 and startup companies. Highly skilled at leading and communicating with diverse teams and managing complex, large-scale projects and initiatives. I built a successful record of purposefully collaborating and building consensus across all levels of an organization. I have a reputation as an influencer and a value-driven inspirational leader. I am known for my calm approach when leading in complex and stressful times. Anthony is a trained Lean Six Sigma leader, but also a Scrum Master and Product Owner. This has taught me to provide structure but stay malleable to surrounding conditions using Agile methodologies and prioritization. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family or giving back to my community. I am an active volunteer with the Wounded Warrior Project, where I serve as a mentor and finance coach for veterans returning from service. This is valuable to me since I served as a Reconnaissance Marine in the US Marine Corps.
